High Pressure Pumps
The patented ARENS HDPS high pressure pumps are very efficient and compact. They are suitable for pumping low-viscosity liquids. The design separation between the high-pressure circuit and the lubricated ram drive enables the pumping of non-lubricating liquids such as water or fuel – without compromising speed and reliability.

Our Mission
The current environmental crisis requires new drive technologies that are characterized in particular by resource efficiency and minimal pollutant emissions. At the same time, the advantages of using known technologies should not be lost. These include, in particular, a high range and reliability as well as low costs. There is a growing awareness that the electrification of drives has a long way to go. Vehicles and mobile systems that have to be operated autonomously for long periods of time require a clever compromise between weight, installation space and low emissions. Neither electric nor established combustion engine drive technologies can meet this compromise in all fields of application.
In the field of small land, air and water vehicles, as well as of mobile generators, it is increasingly difficult to meet future requirements with established engine technologies. The almost exclusively used four-stroke technology makes downsizing of the engines to less than one litre of displacement difficult.
The limited power density of the four-stroke engines requires additional auxiliary units, which make the construction of the engines more complicated and thus more expensive. By contrast, the space and weight gains achieved are low. The long-range drive systems of the future will require innovative combustion engines that are significantly smaller, lighter and simpler. This is precisely ARENS MOTOR’s mission.Engine variants for different fuels and performance requirements can be derived from the ARENS RVI engine platform. ARENS RVI boxer engines are ideally suited for use as drive machines for small vehicles, plug-in hybrids or mobile generators. In addition to the attractive motor characteristics, ARENS RVI boxer motors meet the requirements for the digital future. ARENS RVI motors are equipped with electronic interfaces that enable networking via the Internet of Things (IoT).
